We do not charge a fee for finding you a property. However, if required, we will fully manage the entire purchase procedure for you, right through to legal completion, dealing with the developer, the lawyer, arranging stage payments and taking possession of the property, or placing it on the market for re-sale, whichever is your preference.
For this we charge an Administration and Management fee of 2% + VAT of the purchase price, payable 50% on exchange, the balance on completion or re-sale. (A further selling fee would be payable to the successful selling agent.)
