| Despite mortgages not being available in Northern Cyprus, we have made an exclusive arrangement with one of the island's most highly-regarded developers. This allows our clients to defer the payment of almost half of the purchase price of a property on the Savyon Village development (built on secure freehold land, with pre-1974 title) for up to a year beyond its date of completion (in exchange for an interest payment). This effectively extends the investment period to two years, enabling capital growth to be maximised. |
THE BUYING & (OPTIONAL SELLING) PROCEDURE
- Put down a reservation deposit of £1,000 to hold a property
- Instruct NC lawyers (recommended by us) & grant Power of Attorney
- Pay 15% to 25% on Exchange - usually 15 to 21 days later
- Make stage payments at intervals during the building program
- Offer for resale at any time after exchange, or
- Pay the balance of purchase price on completion (or 12 months later)
- Offer for rental through ourselves or our associated travel company, or
- Hold and use as holiday or rental home
