HAC DAMP PROBLEMS


HAC Property Services are a Carrington group company who have our own maintenance and
management team including British trained damp specialists.

All works conducted will be under Carrington guarantee of high standards of workmanship and
will be controlled by fully qualified Engineers at all times.

All works will be photographed at all stages and you will be kept informed of the progress via email and
telephone if required.
Prior to any works commencing, Carrington will require 50% deposit. The remaining balance is to be
paid on completion of the work.

All quotes are valid for 30 days from date of issue.

Any works requested must be confirmed in writing prior to commencement.

Points to note:

1. Full works take between 2-3 weeks to complete
2. It is advisable to leave the internal paintwork/plaster as long as possible before plastering and painting.
3.There is a possibility that small  issues may arise up to 12 months as the internal floors of the property dry out.
4. Carrington offer a 8 year Guarantee on our damp proofing work.

The main cause of damp is the lack of a chemical barrier on external terraces which allows water
ingress into the properties. it is very important to tackle damp issues at the earliest opportunity as
over a period of time this will cause seriously damage the villa if left.

Our Pool maintenance team visit and clean the swimming pools twice a week in the summer months and 1once a week in the winter months
