| What To Buy |
|
Due to planning regulations which limit buildings to two storeys, many more villas than apartments are being built. These are usually set in rural or semi-rural locations with either a view towards the coast or the mountains, or both. Demand from incoming purchasers is likely to be for retirement purposes, or as holiday homes, so villas at current price levels are likely to remain more popular. However, as prices rise, apartments will remain within reach of more buyers, so these should prove a good investment, subject to their location.

| Off-Plan or Existing Property |
|
Buying 'Off-Plan' means committing to purchase at today's prices a property which has yet to be built with the option of selling it at an enhanced price on or just before completion. The object is to benefit from capital grown in the value of the property over a 1 to 2-year period without tying up more than about half its purchase price.
We also cater for the retirement or holiday home buyer wanting to find an existing property ready to move into, without delay. |
